3.1 With Real Estate Brokers

When you submit an inquiry, tour request, or contact form related to a specific property, your contact information and message are shared with the licensed broker or agent managing that listing so they can respond to you directly.

3.2 Service Providers

We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, mapping services, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform services for us.

3.3 Business Transfers
